The Sustainable Healthcare and Climate Health Conference Aotearoa invites experts, researchers, up-and-coming leaders, and sustainability champions to submit abstracts for presentation at our annual meeting in Wellington on 16 and 17 June 2020.
The theme is From research and innovation to policy and implementation.
With a broad scope – from sustainability and healthcare to climate change and health – any research, innovation, best practice, and operational actions in this area will be taken into consideration to create the varied two-day programme.
The committee would be particularly interested to receive abstracts from indigenous and Pacific speakers, and abstracts on the following topics:
- Climate change adaption
- Risk and vulnerability assessments
- Emission transition roadmaps
- Research on climate change and health
- Addressing inequalities and just transitions
- Mental health impacts of climate change
The deadline for abstracts is 20 March 2020.
