Nominations Called for the 2020/2021 OraTaiao: The New Zealand Climate and Health Council Executive Board
Nominations are invited for positions on the Executive Board for 2020/2021. We are keen to receive nominations for the co-convenor positions. We are also keen to increase the diversity of our Executive Board – in particular, it would be great to hear from any of our Māori or Pasifika members who may be interested in being part of the Board. The nomination form is attached here.
The positions open for election are:
- Co-convenors (two, one of whom is Maori)
- Officers of the Executive Board (up to fourteen)
With the exception of co-convenors, nominations for Officers of the Executive Board are not for specific Board positions. Possible board roles, which will be agreed among Board members at the first Board meeting, are as follows:
- Secretary
- Treasurer
- Membership Officer
- Media Liaison Officer/s
- Website Coordinator/s
- Policy Development Coordinator/s
- Primary Care Coordinator/s
- Secondary Care Coordinator/s
- International Coordinator/s
- Student representative/s
